Devanshi Kacholia is an MSc graduate in Geoinformation Science and Earth Observation from The University of Twente (Enschede, Netherlands). Her research interests in mainly life beyond Earth, with a particular focus on ice in the solar system. Her master’s thesis focused on detecting subsurface layers on Mars using radar datasets. During her research internship at the German Aerospace Center, Devanshi worked on developing a prototype database management system for missions like Bepi Colombo. Her academic interests extend beyond just planetary science, as she is also interested in the applications of geo-data engineering in other areas of space research. In her free time, Devanshi enjoys playing basketball, dancing, and staying updated on the latest space research-related podcasts.
