Arinze Amaechi is a freshman at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University studying Aerospace Engineering. With a passion for the skies and beyond, Arinze is eager to delve into the intricacies of spaceflight flight and spacecraft design. After college, Arinze aims to pursue graduate research in Aerospace technology, focusing on means to support the search for life beyond Earth. Inspired by childhood movies such as “Star Wars” and “Interstellar”, Arinze is involved in learning more and thinking about potential projects he could work on. Arinze has aspirations to find life beyond Mars and look at the potential of life in other planets as well. Arinze is an active member of his university’s Rocket Propulsion Lab and their Society of Black Engineers. In those clubs, he is able to bring his passions to work, as well as network with others who share interests. Outside of their academic and extracurricular activities, Arinze enjoys watching the planets in the sky, reading science fiction, and participating in community outreach programs that promote STEM education.
